Before You Apply

Every occupant age 18 or older must submit a separate rental application. The application fee is $50 per adult applicant and is non-refundable, whether an application is approved, denied or withdrawn. Submission and payment do not guarantee approval or tenancy.
Income
Household gross monthly income must be at least 2.5 times the monthly rent.
Credit & rental history
A credit score of 630 or higher is preferred. Rental history and background screening are part of the review.
Every adult applies
Each resident age 18 or older must complete their own application and pay the non-refundable $50 fee.
